Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association (AACSA) host the 24th edition of Addis chamber international trade fair. The trade fair staged under the theme African continental free trade area AfCTFA; "New Opportunities to Boost Export Performances in Ethiopia!" held at exhibition center on Feb.20/2020.

Secretary General, Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association, Ato Getachew Regasa in his welcoming speech address; trade fairs and exhibitions are among the tested ways for the promotion of business, products and services that are on offer to potential buyers and the general public as well. According to the secretary general, Addis chamber has regularly been organizing international trade fairs as part of advancing marketing and sales opportunities as well as business interconnection between local and foreign business people.

On the other hand president of the chamber, Mesenbet Shenkute addresses keynote speech, on her speech she said; new opportunities to boost export performance in Ethiopia is the motto conducting this very international fair. This is so because of our optimism in the opportunities of intercontinental trading that enables the private sector play a significant role in expanding the continent wide free trade agreement. She suggests that, since competition is the rule of the game in the intercontinental market in engage in it is not going to be ’A walk in a park’ for our business sector.
